A library of forms for every stage. Send one with each invite, send others any time, remind families who haven't answered, and ask again next year with last year's answers filled in.

Document requests

Ask for up to 30 documents at once with instructions and a due date, or fill the list from a checklist. Families upload or pick from their records; you accept or ask again.

Newsletters

Write updates with rich text, attach a PDF, preview and send a test, then send to every connected family or a tagged group. Families can read past issues and unsubscribe.

Activity log & follow-ups

What does it cost our organization?
Organizations buy iDocThis licenses for the families they sponsor, billed once a year at a per-license rate. Contact us and we'll put together pricing for the number of families you serve.
Do families pay anything?
No. While your organization sponsors them, families get full access to iDocThis at no cost — the same app, on iPhone, Android and the web, that individual subscribers use.
Who owns the family's account and records?
The family does, always. Your organization is a guest on their account: families agree to connect, choose which loved ones you can see, and can download all their data at any time.
What happens if a family leaves our program?
Families keep everything. They get 60 more days of full access, then can continue with their own plan or keep read-only access to their records. Documents they sent in answer to your requests stay with your organization as your copy.
Can we use our own intake and admission forms?
Yes. Build several forms — for example pre-admission and admission — or start from a ready-made template for residential services, elder care or epilepsy programs. Answers flow straight into the family's records, so they aren't asked for the same details twice.
How is our team's access protected?
Each team member has their own sign-in as an admin or staff member, and the partner portal asks for an emailed one-time code before it opens. Your team's activity log and call notes are private to your organization.
